Professional Development Consultations for Creative Individuals or Teams

For artists, cultural workers, emerging producers, and creative practitioners looking for thoughtful support at any stage of their practice. Together, we’ll clarify your voice, strengthen your materials, and identify next steps — whether you’re applying for a grant, pitching a project, building a more sustainable “work-life” rhythm, or finding the language to describe who you are and what you make.

What we can work on together

  • Artist statements, CVs, and biographies – find the language that evokes your vision without all the jargon
  • Grant and application writing – strategy and editing for arts funding, labs, residencies and fellowships
  • Financing your creative life – diversified income streams and rate‑setting
  • Portfolio, reel & website audits – content, curation, and design that tell a coherent story about who you are and what you do
  • Production and project development road‑maps – from fuzzy ideas to clear milestones, timelines, workplans, and navigating collaborations
  • Public presentations & pitch decks – festivals, exhibitions, panels, and beyond
  • Sustainability, care and politics – framing your creative work in relation to community, land, and lineage – whilst navigating burnout and boundaries and making art in a messed up world

 How we can work together

  • One-off sessions with a specific, achievable intention

  • A set number of sessions to guide a particular project or reach a milestone

  • Ongoing monthly or weekly sessions

  • Intensive back to back sessions for concentrated work towards a goal

Sessions are collaborative and conversational. You don’t need to have it all figured out — we can start from wherever you are.

Renumeration

I offer a sliding scale remuneration model because of the varying economic realities that artists and cultural workers are often navigating. This model is grounded in mutual trust and collective care — it allows those with access to more resources to subsidize access for those with less. 

30 minutes: $50 – $100
60 minutes: $100 – $200
90 minutes: $150 – $300 

What’s not covered? Legal advice, full manuscript edits, full-blown therapy, or doing the practical work for you.

Platform: Google Meet, or if we happen to be in the same city — we can do IRL meetings!

Group workshops & institutional bookings: Arts councils, collectives, institutions, or other organizations who work with or support artists can inquire about custom sessions, talks, or presentations.

About me

I arrive in the world today as an interdisciplinary artist, filmmaker, writer, producer, performer, educator, creative strategist, community organizer, caregiver, queerdo, waitress, and witch from the SWANA region. My work summons ancestral reclamation, diasporic futurism, and collective justice, and my creative practice is rooted in collaborative ethics and oriented towards generative, visionary world-building.
